Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a leading Lichfield employer, to recruit a Recruitment Marketing Manager to the role. Our client, who have seen phenomenal growth over the past decade, currently have an exciting opportunity to join their rapidly growing marketing team as a Recruitment Marketing Manager. Their aim is to become an award-winning marketing team and this role will be pivotal to their on-line success! The purpose of the Recruitment Marketing Manager is to; Provide a dedicated resource for all aspects of recruitment marketing. Responsibilities will include: * Work with the Recruitment team to develop regional candidate attraction marketing strategies to attract the right quality and quantity of candidates. * Lead on developing marketing campaigns using a range of channels to fill the recruitment pipeline and maximise return on investment. * Take a hands on approach to delivering collateral using the Adobe Creative Suite and a range of tools such as Hootsuite, Microsoft Dynamics etc.. * Contribute to measuring the success of marketing activities and make recommendations to review and amend as appropriate. * Provide a joined up approach between marketing and recruitment. * Work with the Regional Recruitment Managers to formulate local marketing plans to drive candidate attraction and enhance our employer brand locally. * Identify local opportunities and capture local intelligence. Recruitment Marketing ManagerTechnical skills / experience ideally required: * Experience working in candidate attraction / recruitment marketing manager is essential. * Able to develop innovative, measurable strategies and plans to attract the right talent. * Strong content development skills, including the ability to produce content in a range of formats - this includes both traditional (adverts, copy-writing etc.) and digital (social media, email marketing etc.) marketing channels. * Strong project management, planning and time management skills. * Able to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders. * Resourceful with a can do attitude and a hands on approach. * Adobe Creative Suite literate. * Committed to achieving deadlines and deliverables. * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written correspondence with editing/ proof-reading skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritises accordingly. * Methodical, with exceptional attention to detail. * Availability to sometimes work outside of normal business hours with overnight stays away from home. * Passion for supporting people and strong diplomacy.
