Responsibilities & Duties: * Process weekly payroll including, starter, leavers & recording of SAP, SSP & SMP * Processing HMRC forms such as P60, P45 * Assisting with administration of auto enrollment of pension schemes. * Resolving employee/worker payroll related queries * Manage our incoming and outgoing purchase orders and invoices for the business. * Liaising with all departments and working towards tight deadlines * Support on new business initiatives * Liaising and solving auditor queries * Ensure adherence to internal and external controls. * Performing ad hoc support to the finance team. * * Working closely with key stakeholders. Basic Requirements * Excellent working knowledge of end to end payroll * Ability to use your own initiative and work under pressure and to deadlines. * A team player who is motivated to succeed as a team and independently. * Intermediate/advanced excel knowledge * Good time management, attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Experience with accounts and payroll software, e.g. Xero, Sage 50 etc. Netsuite would be beneficial but not necessary. * Knowledge of invoicing, payment tracking and bank transactions You’ll fit right in at Syft if: You’re Flexible- able to consider challenges from different perspectives.
