The Role: - Sourcing and cold calling new sales leads in a autonomous environment. - Using a proven sales delivery model and marketing techniques to win new business as well as sustain the live database. - Visiting clients to build and develop harmonious and long term working relationships. - Developing a good understanding of the client needs, the industry and more importantly the company culture and environment. - Go above and beyond business targets for value added service revenues and customer satisfaction. - Provide a detailed and accurate sales forecasts and timelines. - Delivering and completing weekly and monthly business analysis reports. The Individual: - Recent experience within a recruitment environment or a similar sales role. - Sound experience of direct sales with a focus on new business acquisition. - Know how to maintain a network of contacts and build relationships at all levels. - Have real commercial acumen and a strong focus on financial issues and market rates. - Be an outstanding communicator and negotiator. - Show genuine team spirit and be ready to support your colleagues - Can work to tight deadlines with enthusiasm and commitment. - Good organisational skills, multi-tasking and prioritising workloads. - IT literate to use all internal computer systems and Microsoft packages. - Honest, reliable with a strong work ethic.
