Job Description

Recruitment Officer – Application Management – Fixed term until end of January 2019 The link between low income and low academic attainment is greater in the UK than almost any other developed nation. We work with thousands of brilliant teachers, schools, universities and partners in England and Wales and we are seeking a fantastic Recruitment Officer, to join our West Midlands Local area team on a fixed term contract until the end of January 2019. You will be responsible for getting experienced hire candidates to open and submit applications, whilst providing support and guidance throughout a candidate’s journey to ensure they start the Leadership Development Programme. You are experienced in pipeline management with the ability to convert applicants from lead through to offer stage in line with agreed targets. In addition you are a great relationship manager who is able to establish effective relationships with people from all backgrounds (including prospective applicants, incoming participants and Teach First employees). Finally you have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to assess, prioritise and manage a varied workload. . Along with the satisfaction of knowing you are working for an organization who are making a real difference, you will also receive £31,510 per annum & excellent benefits. The day when no child’s future is limited by their background is coming, yet, there is still more to be done. Join us and help us ensure every child in the UK has a fair shot at achieving their ambitions
