You will be responsible for finding the very best talent in the sector and encouraging them to continue their career journey with LEYF. You will have the chance to build attraction campaigns, attend several careers events as well as designing some of your own, engage with our partners to encourage those seeking a career in childcare to pick LEYF as their employer of choice. LEYF encourage partnership working across each of our functions therefor you will be the designated recruitment partner for a select number of our nurseries; you will be required to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, conduct regular visits and attend meetings at your assigned nurseries. You will be responsible for the recruitment needs for these settings.
