Recruitment Officer

Just ONE are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our Head Office team in Liverpool, to deliver an exceptional service to vulnerable children as well as young people leaving care. The role will involve recruiting support workers and matching them to the individuals that Just ONE support. You will work closely with the Children and Young Persons department to attract and hire the right candidate for the role. The role will be Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm, 37.5 hours This role requires driving and may require driving nationwide, so a full UK license will be needed along with business insurance. Recruitment main responsibilities will include: * Attending weekly department meetings to find what vacancies the department have * Writing job adverts and posting on job boards * Reviewing job boards and social media channels to seek candidates * Networking with job centres to bring in more candidates * Proactively resourcing for support workers * Conducting interviews with candidates * Working closely with the department to match the support worker with the right individual and understanding their requirements * Completion of timely and rigorous employment checks along with all registration paperwork to hand over to the compliance team * Ensuring targets and KPI’s are met on time Essential * Minimum of 1-year recruitment experience * Experienced in Healthcare and children and young person’s recruitment * Passion for recruitment * Excellent verbal and communication skills Desirable * Knowledge of children’s and young person’s recruitment * Approachable, calm, and resilient * Brings ideas on how to further the recruitment process Just ONE is a health & social care company who delivers care, support and accommodation across the North West, North Wales and West Midlands to adults and children.
