We are looking for energetic & enthusiastic Recruitment officer with a real passion for making a difference to join a well-formed team in the Basildon Office. As a Work Placement Recruiter, you will pride yourself on exceptional rapport building skills and being able to engage free work placements and recruit learners for local employers. You should also be dynamic in your approach to attracting work placements for students in further education. Main Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities for the recruiter; * Managing an ongoing caseload of work placements generating free work opportunities with local businesses. * To recruit businesses by generating sales appointments * Promoting and encouraging employers to offer work experience opportunities * To maintain and update the CRM system. * To successfully manage and meet KPIs outlined through outbound calls and marketing the business. * Maintain effective relationships with support organizations and other key internal and external individuals and groups Knowledge/Skills/Experience: As a minimum the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following: * Recruitment Experience * Team Player * Excellent Organisation Skills * Excellent Communication Skills * Proven ability to work to deadlines and targets * Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders * Microsoft IT Skills
