Recruitment Officer Interim - Circa 3 months Birmingham Client Details Page Personnel are working with a leading, fast-paced organisation based in Birmingham to appoint an interim Recruitment Officer to join a busy team. Description Reporting into a Talent Partner, this varied and busy role will involve: Assisting with the day-to-day running of a busy recruitment function Assisting the Talent Partner with the People Strategy for the organisation Assisting with high-volume recruitment campaigns Assisting with various projects such as the roll-out of a new ATS system, development of Employee-Value-Proposition (EVP), audit preparation and development of a graduate programProfile Ideal candidates for this Recruitment Officer role will be available to start at short notice and have a proven background in a similar role.
