Established for over 14 years we are recognised as the UK's fastest growing, independently owned, Driving Agency.  We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Managed Services Team as an On-site co-ordinator. This is a varied role working within an extremely busy transport environment based on-site with our client. Main duties of the role: -You will be the point of contact for our client and will meet their service needs including the recruitment and fulfilment of the contract and ensuring that all KPI's are met. -Full recruitment process of agency staff from advertising, to interview, on-boarding process. -Flexible work approach is a must as you will be required to meet our clients demands via an out of hours on call service rota basis (with other team members)  -Point of contact for all agency workers dealing daily with any issues arising on site and able to handle these in a calm and professional manner  This is an autonomous role and you will service the account with support from the Account Manager. You will be highly visible throughout your area of responsibility, both with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in recruitment, particularly Driving and / or On site Managed Services would be desirable, would also suit previous Transport Planning experience.  This is a great opportunity to join the UK's fastest growing independently owned driving agency.
