Uplands Independent Hospital is a Rehabilitation and Recovery service which is situated in Fareham where our multidisciplinary team offer high quality recovery focused care to adults with a range of mental health needs. We are seeking to recruit highly experienced and motivated Recovery Support Workers to join our rehabilitation and recovery hospital in Fareham, who share our vision for high quality Mental Health recovery services and who want to make a difference. Uplands Independent Hospital are holding an Open Day on Tuesday 20th June 2017 from 10.00am – 15.00pm.
