Job Description

Enabling the initiation of all recruiting demand from end to end; managing SAP position creation for the request to recruit and completing all relevant paperwork through to onboarding * Scheduling of interviews and assessments * Central coordination of all position status to make sure all HR team members are up to date on progress of each individual requisition * Collation & preparation of reports from different recruitment teams, with the opportunity to assess and provide recommendations & insights * Support PMO with the gathering & representing of information to form the resourcing demand plan * Provide support for ongoing global programmes to transition administrative processes thereby making them more technology enabled and less reliant on manual intervention
