Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual join our People Team as a Recruitment Partner to own the recruitment process end-to-end for YHA! You will work with the People Business Partners to source and identify a talent pipeline for all key roles. You will lead on the recruitment process, including managing the recruitment budget (ensuring best value for money) and coach and support the organisation on recruitment methods and channels to ensure we secure the best candidate for each role. Responsibilities include: * Support the Head of People in the delivery of the recruitment plan; responsible for shaping and translating plan into relevant and meaningful actions ensuring all needs and priorities are met. * Devise and deliver recruitment strategies to ensure the talent management of all roles, working closely with the Operations team and other line managers to deliver a cohesive approach to recruitment. * Monitor and utilise of key diversity metric data to identify our reach. * Review, recommend and implement improvements to company recruitment policies and procedures. * Maintain knowledge of industry trends and recruitment legislation and ensures the company's compliance. * Work with your Line Managers and teams to upskill, assist and advise them in carrying out their responsibilities on all recruitment matters. * Update and maintain the applicant tracking system * Looking to engage and develop all external talent in line with the People strategy * Responsible for GDPR for recruitment * Manage, coach and engage with Recruitment advisor to ensure they can grow and develop their career. * Own and manage the social media aspect of YHA recruitment, ensuring that all social media posts and followers have the biggest reach. In order to be considered for this position, we are looking people who can: * Relevant recruitment qualification (desirable). * Ability to work with and advise managers on all aspects of attraction and recruitment * Confident communicator (both verbal and written) with a personable and professional manner and the ability to interact and relate to all levels of staff and build strong working relationships. * Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft applications) with the ability to identify and apply IT solutions. * Good knowledge of industry and key changes. * Project Management experience (desirable) * Ability to demonstrate confidentiality and understanding when handling sensitive situations and information. * Good organisational skills. * Good judgment and decision making skills. * Experience of leading and developing recruitment campaigns * Good knowledge of YHA and understanding of industry (desirable). * Current full driving license (desirable).
