Job Description

Our client, a leading public research university based in South West London is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Partner on 12 month fixed term contract basis. The position is due to start immediately on a full time basis with an annual salary between £36,722 and £39,929 depending on the candidate’s experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in Higher Education and previous employment within a recruitment agency. Duties will include (but not limited to): * Ensure the recruitment process is followed and best practice is always adhered to maximise the outcome * Responsible for sourcing, screening and referring candidates across all levels of the organisation while liaising with the responsible hiring managers * Develop and maintain successful and professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholder * Identify recruitment needs throughout the business by analysing varying aspects of the business, staffing hours and turnover reports * Format job descriptions and advertisements for posting on relevant job sites for any and all vacancies * Negotiate, manage and review all agencies within the PSL and help in shaping the recruitment strategy for the future * Engage and develop relationships with the heads of departments to deliver recruitment needs effectively and within budget Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Expertise required: * Previous Higher Education experience Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
