Liberty HR Recruitment are delighted to be working exclusively with our client in seeking a Recruitment Partner in the Salisbury area. The successful candidate will attract, source and screen quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective way whilst delivering a positive candidate experience. You will the point of contact for recruitment in two areas of the business and work alongside other members of the Recruitment Team. You will provide expert advice to our client’s managers. You will have a CIPD qualification and / or a Certificate of Recruitment Practice, with a good general education (inc. English & Maths) and have demonstrable experience of the recruitment cycle in a competitive and/or scarce market. It would be fantastic if you had some exposure to recruitment in the social care sector. Naturally, strong IT skills are crucial; as are an ability to communicate at all levels; work under pressure; be resilient and retain a strong customer focus. Commercial awareness is important; as are an innovative approach and an ability to drive, as there will be occasional travel in the UK and Ireland. The salary for this exciting position will be £27,000 - £30,000 pa for full time (37.5 hrs per week) although part-time (min. 3 days per week) will be considered for the right candidate.
