My client, an established, forward thinking training provider in the South East are looking for a Recruitment Partner to join their team. Rather than a focus on just bringing people in, they are looking for the successful candidate to also take ownership of the on-boarding and helping the Leaders with the comprehensive training programme that they have in place. You will want to be a key person in the business and wanting to understand how innovative and influential you can be in this role. This role focusses on the acquisition of sales, support and operations staff. Responsibilities * Manage the hiring plan. * You will have the gravitas to do all screening and 1st interviews * Achieve hiring headcount and continue to advise new hires for successful probation period. * Manage external agencies within agreed budget. * Devise successful recruitment strategies, working with the Marketing Team. * Ensures all hiring/onboarding processes and compliance procedures are followed. * Work with management team as a trusted advisor assisting with hiring decisions. * Create successful campaigns that generate sustainable pipeline of talent. Requirements * Proven track record in a similar position, especially in the hiring of sales/Account Managers. * Experience within R2R would be preferred. * Attitude, skills, and behaviours that inspire confidence in the management team. * Leads on initiatives and operates with minimum instruction. * Delivers strong ratios for self and team that support this role. * Advisor in onboarding helping develop independent thinkers within teams. * Excellent Inter-personal skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to deal with lots of different types of candidates in a professional manner. * Desire to learn and execute detailed operational plans. * Diplomatic and Intelligent communicator.
