Recruitment Partner - Commercial Due to the growth of the organisation our client, based in North West Wiltshire, is looking to recruit an Internal Recruitment Partner to bring new talent into the marketing and retail divisions. You would be joining a hugely reputable company at the leading edge of its field, at a period of exciting change. This role is very much client facing working closely with the very demanding hiring managers in Marketing and Retail. Must be able to challenge and push back to manage expectations, using strong influencing skills. Key responsibilities would be the recruitment of Digital, Marketing and retail personnel in a very fast moving culture, so someone who works well under pressure would thrive in this environment. You would be joining a vibrant and massively fast paced team and working in a demanding but ultimately satisfying role. Person Specification: We are looking for either experience of recruiting digital and marketing professionals or retail personnel, as well as a breadth of experience across corporate Head Office roles will also be considered. Experienced with proactively developing talent pools using networks such as LinkedIn A track record of delivering results through direct search, direct sourcing and traditional attraction methods. Ability to influence at all levels in a demanding high intellect environment and build strong, effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders A robust character with the ability to adapt to change, work at pace and see opportunities for improvement. As well as able to lead needs also able to roll up sleeves and get on with the day to day operational delivery of recruitment solutions.
