The civils headhunter is looking for a like-minded sales professional to join him. You could be a recruitment professional running your own business OR a senior recruiter working for a recruitment firm. Equally, you could be a sharp sales/telesales person looking to make more money or simply a change of direction within sales. This is not the normal bland type of opportunity you often see, this is a real chance to join an established headhunter fully entrenched in the construction engineering niche. So, why should you consider joining me? It would easier to say which consultancies and main contractors I don't know. You would be sharing; A vast network of clients and when I make a call it is rare the client does not remember speaking to me previously or has, at least heard of me. A construction engineering niche ATS that is second to none with its detailed records with over 994 companies and 7752 candidates. The minimum fee level is a target £10K and only for unique reasons would you be invoicing less. My largest placement brought in over £50K A LinkedIn network numbering over 10K first level connections! The knowledge of a very experienced recruiter mentored by one of the top recruitment gurus in the USA-Mike Gionta. I was in his programme for over 3-years, visited the US several times and attended the National Association of Personnel Services seminar. I would go as far as to say there probably isn’t a recruitment issue I don’t have an answer to. Access to a closed Facebook Group whose members include some of the highest billers in the USA most of whom are Mike Gionta alumni. If there is something I don't know I will be able to get the answer, normally within 24-hours. An advanced VOIP system with all calls recorded and logged to the relevant contact. The sales trail is clear and obvious. I have space at my office in Bury St Edmunds for one or two talented salespeople. Use of a small offshore team in the Philippines who do my research and admin. My researcher was trained by Social Talent and is a qualified “Black belt Ninja”. My admin compiles my client weekly reports and maintains the database. You are free to do what you do best...talk on the phone and sell! Full back-office support for contractors. Previously I had over50 workers on the payroll, perhaps you could improve on that? I know company owners who would buy, sell, or merge within construction engineering multi-disciplinary consultancy. Together we could work on developing this side of my business that I regard as a natural extension to executive search. Some of the ideas I thought could be gained through an alliance are; You could join as a partner, commission only or a blend of all three to be discussed. You would share my network and if you could expand it with your own contacts then much the better. If you are a recruitment professional then perhaps a move into a new niche, maybe medical and engineering would be a profitable mix as there is certainly a shortage! We would work together with my team in the Philippines to recruit in-demand people An enhanced presence and new clients/candidates Maybe you know about recruitment frameworks and have experience in bidding for them? We could talk about splits through the sharing of candidates and clients We join forces resulting in much bigger Applicant Tracking System database and network Further ideas on my mind that I'd like to discuss with you: It is entirely possible that we join forces without any money changing hands. The role could be commission only with you having access to my research and admin team. If you are already self-employed you could join me in my office or we could work together remotely.
