Role: Recruitment Payroll Supervisor (Must have experience within the Recruitment Agency Sector)

Location: Leytonstone

Salary: 30k-35k doe

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Payroll Supervisor for our finance team based within 5 minutes’ walk from Leytonstone train station.

This role would suit someone who is proactive and has excellent customer relationship building experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll staff completes all duties within set time lines.

The main responsibilities include the following:

  • Supervising Payroll Officers and Payroll Administrators

  • Liaise with Senior Financial Management on a daily basis

  • Responsible for and to meet HMRC submissions

  • Working with the Finance Operations Manager to set and agree a specific KPI’s

  • Trouble shooting any complex issues which may arise

  • Managing internal/external client relationships

  • Executing Payroll procedures within a timely manner

 

Knowledge & Skills Essential

  • Payroll Supervisory experience within the Recruitment Sector

  • Experience of using Payroll software packages

  • Payroll experience within a Recruitment background

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Experience of Microsoft Software Packages

  • Prior experience with Payroll systems

 

 

 

Desirable knowledge/skills

  • Knowledge of IQX would be seen as a distinct advantage
  • CIPP Management Qualification
