About our client My Client is looking for an Recruitment Personnel to join their family-run business, within the manufacturing and engineering sector. This a diverse role that would be a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a supporting role. Job Description * Provide support to the board of directors. * Lead the onboarding & induction process for new members of staff * Project Manage the implementation of their new ERP system * Diary management * Screen and route calls to the appropriate department/person * Typing letters, memos, reports and minutes * Create and submit expense reports in a timely manner * Schedule meetings and calls * General document management – filing, faxing, scanning, printing etc. * Ad-hoc administrative projects as required The Successful Applicant * Relevant experience within a similar role * Hands-on approach to their work * Reliable, personable with a professional attitude * Effective communicator, verbal and written * Highly organised * Strong attention to detail * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Excelling IT skills
