Recruitment Resourcer Very well established Specialist recruitment agency offering an excellent working environment, training and genuine scope for progression as well as great earning potential Job Description: Working on roles to resource the best available candidates in terms of suitability Using the existing database as well as advertising and filtering through the best candidates to compile a shortlist Working closely with the Recruitment Consultants to ensure the strongest possible candidates are identified. Updating database regularly Effective management of the email inbox so that good candidates are not missed Pro-actively searching for candidates on job boards Building strong relationships with candidates to build their trust and to provide them with an excellent service Person Specification: Previous experience within debt collection or telesales would be ideal but not essential Hungry, driven and competitive Positive telephone manner Excellent rapport builder Strong Work ethic Flexible and “can do” attitude Positive motivational/inspirational approach Good communicator Team player Additional Information: Based in Epsom £18,000 – £22,000 basic (Yr 1OTE £30k ) – Yr 2 OTE £45K Pension 24 Days holiday + your BIRTHDAY OFF plus bank holidays Please note; Due to the large number of applications that we receive, if you have not had a response within 7 days, please assume that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
