Job Title: Recruitment Resource Manager Department: Sales Business: Savanna Staff Solutions Ltd Location: Uxbridge HQ & Field Reports To: Sales & Business Relationship Manager Job Summary / Purpose To recruit, develop and deliver the right mix of candidates to meet our client’s needs at the right time so building the company’s turnover and profitability. The key part of the role is building relationships with new and existing workers and ensuring we get the best out of our workforce. Controlled Functions Key Result Areas Key Performance Indicators Selling Achieve / exceed resourcing targets. Sell benefits of MSF programme Administration Process driver registrations, Interviews and licence checks. Update company CRM and maintain records / bookings and job advertisements. Business Development To increase activity to an agreed level and maintaining driver lists using Sirenum Building Relationships Operations To develop and maintain relationships within new and existing drivers through social media, job boards and referrals Assisting Ops team as and when required to co-ordinate drivers to client bookings. Also, share of our of hours ‘On Call’ responsibility which includes weekends Skills and abilities required for the role General * Ability to protect and grow existing driver base and profitability * Also, to find, secure and develop new and existing drivers * To have the ability to follow our operational process, answer phones, liaise with workers, clients and set up driver mobile app * Ability to plan and execute agreed action with minimal supervision Influencing * The ability to influence drivers & workers positively and the ability to negotiate assertively and without aggression Communicating * Effectively deliver the companies agreed propositions like MSF programme and messages in written, oral, and presentation format * Ability to report field issues to line managers outside the normal day to day reporting process Building Understanding and Trust * Be truthful and demonstrate integrity with openness and trust * Ability to confront problems, conflicts and reservations objectively Collaborating for Success * To project the agreed image of the company in behaviour, attitude and dress code * To be ambitious and have the desire to succeed Gathering Information * Encourage and share knowledge within the team you are in Understanding Issues * Ability to identify and consider implications before issues arise across different business areas Finding Solutions * Ability to find solutions and alternative processes to meet business needs Key Contacts * Savanna staff at all levels within all teams at HQ and field * Your Immediate Line Manager and Directors * All customer’s staff at all levels * Drivers / workers Specialist Skills, Qualifications and Experience * Experience of business and planning * Relationship building experience * Negotiation experience * Excellent commercial awareness
