Recruitment Resourcer Job description We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our ever growing team. You need to have had some experience sourcing candidates for different positions or worked in the recruitment industry. The role includes; Networking and advertising to potential candidates Sourcing potential candidates for different job opportunities Selecting and Interviewing suitable candidates Identifying skills to match appropriate vacancies Building a relationship with your candidate Gathering required documentation to ensure candidates are compliant to work Obtaining two professional references Data Entry Deal with general queries Within your everyday role you will be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make a perfect match. You will be dealing with permanent, contract and temporary placements and finding candidates that are suitable for the positions. The position that we have available is for a full time consultant; 5 days a week, 40 hours per week.
