Recruitment Resourcer Yeovil Full Time, Permanent £17-£19k DOE Do you have a great telephone manner and love speaking to candidates? Do you enjoy providing great customer service? Then we want to hear from you! Red Berry Recruitment in Yeovil are currently looking for a Resourcer to join our small friendly team on a full time basis. We are looking for a self motivated individual who has a great telephone manner and possesses great communication skills. Key responsibilities will include: •Meet and greet candidates and clients with polite and professional manner, both over the phone and face to face •To increase business levels by identifying Networking, Public Relations, Marketing and profile raising opportunities across branch divisions and departments. •To support Branch Staff to ensure 100% fulfilment against client requirements and to afford Branch Sales staff extended time available for Sales and Candidate marketing opportunities and business development. •Help with promotional activities, generation of candidates and forward planning to continue a supply of suitable candidates in line with seasonal trends and increased business opportunities. Main Duties will be: •Planning and organising a campaign of effective advertising using varying cost effective methods, window display cards, Job Centre, A ‘Board, leafleting, posters, flyers, job boards to help attract candidates. •Follow through and source opportunities to promote Red Berry Recruitment Ltd at Exhibitions, recruitment fairs, Job centres etc. if needed as part of candidate attraction. •Continually assist with maintenance of database, gaining and updating information from candidate to provide marketing criteria and sales leads. To search jobsites for candidates. To identify opportunities through redundancy programmes and consultancy requirements liaising with correct individuals to progress to mutual benefit. •Make sure candidates are referenced and all ID and paperwork/Database is up to date prior to commencing employment. •Register and interview candidates for work ensuring ID is correct as above. •Assist with pre-registering of candidates •Assistance with the fulfilment of temporary bookings when large contracts are called in. We are looking for an energetic and bubbly individual who can work as part of our team and provide ongoing support to our Consultants by sourcing quality candidates. Previous administration experience is essential and you must be happy to attend company meetings and training courses as required.
