Fantastic opportunity ideally for an existing recruiter to join our fast paced and extremely friendly construction recruitment agency. As a London office based recruiter/ resourcer, your main responsibilities will include: Job Description: - Liaising with our existing client database and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment - Advising on the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database / Screening candidates - Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client, - Matching candidates to job specifications - Coordinating interviews - Managing registration processes and checking all identification documents and construction related certifications are correct and compliant with employment laws and candidates certification reflects competency and skills required by the client.
