Recruitment Resourcer £16-£20k + OTE Uncapped As a growing IT Sales, Construction and Engineering recruitment agency, we are looking to bring in a new Recruitment Resourcer to work alongside one of our senior consultants. We deliver a structured training plan to offer the successful candidate a clear path into the recruitment industry and onto a patch of their own. The role will consist of a mixture of one to one training and hands on experience to maximise your learning and development to ensure you have all the tools possible to be a successful recruitment consultant. To be considered for this Recruitment Resourcer position, you must display a keen interest in recruitment and be committed to getting the job done and also motivated by achieving goals, you will also have at least 1 year’s sales experience in your most recent role. This role will suit someone who is confident face to face and over the phone, also for someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with different types of backgrounds.
