Position Title Recruitment Resourcer Department/ Division Sales Location Uxbridge Reporting to Job Title Sales & Business Relationship Manager Direct Reports None Basic Description and Role Objective This role is responsible for supporting the Business Relationship Manager in planning, developing and delivering the right mix of drivers and training courses to meet our client’s needs at the right time so building the company’s turnover, profitability and competence. The key part of the role is sourcing worker leads, building relationships and converting those as per the business needs. Another key part of the role is to offer support to the Operations department. This is a hands-on role that requires focus, drive and enthusiasm with the ability and flexibility to assist in the Operation looking after our current clients and workers. The person will work with and for the defined sales team and will have considerable direct contact with the customers and workers. The role is a key component of the management team for the company and therefore requires a mature and strategic approach to business. Key Responsibilities What are the jobholder’s responsibilities to the business? Primarily sourcing worker leads Management of the client and worker on-boarding process Maintaining records on Salesforce CRM Building and maintaining of a dense web of relationships with all clients and workers Offer support to the Operations department and Ops Manager as and where required Ops Manager cover where required Share of ‘On Call’ responsibility. Roughly 1 in 4 weeks. Key Tasks What regular tasks do they have to complete to fulfil these responsibilities? Source leads from website, job boards, enquiries Develop and convert leads to live workers Promote the Savanna brand, and transfer our beliefs to clients and workers Ops cover: Answer phones, coordinate workers, liaise with clients and workers, confirm bookings, worker briefings, setting up workers on mobile app. On Call responsibility: Answering phones out of hours and dealing with client requests and any issues that may arise. Estimate 1 in every 4 weeks ‘On Call’. Essential Requirements Demonstrated success in a fast-paced office environment Demonstrated success as a high-performance telesales / call centre person Persuasive communication and negotiating skills Proven business acumen Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks. Need to be organised. A positive, bubbly team player with a can-do attitude Preferred Skills and Competences List any additional skill that may help in the role Experience in the transport sector, or temp’s recruitment would be an advantage Clean driving license Working Arrangements What hours, overtime, travel or flexibility are necessary for this role? 08:00 to 17:00, or 09:00 to 18:00 t.b.c. Share of out of hours ‘On Call’ responsibility, roughly 1 in every 4 weeks Flexibility in working time may be required. Salary : £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience Holiday allowance: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
