3D Personnel are hiring! We are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer. This fantastic opportunity has arisen due to our moving location and expanding our team. Soon to be based on the Hagley Road Birmingham we are in an ideal area for applicants to reach us very easily from many places within the West Midlands with your own or public transport. What 3D Personnel do: We are a essentially an employment agency, who provide many construction companies & allied industries with temporary & permanent workers to supplement their existing workforce The Role: The main function of the role is to assist the recruitment consultants with finding the right people to fill the job vacancies that they are working on within a timescale dictated mainly by the client/company we are working for. The nature of how we work is at times very fast paced so being able to multitask and prioritise your work is a key skill you will need to already possess. Core Skills: Another key skill we will require is the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal. You will also need to have good working knowledge IT skills. Those principal skills will help in how you fill the vacancies, which is by advertising on different medias such as social networks, Internet job boards, and printed magazines/newspapers. We also have an existing populated database that we contact people via text, email and telephone. Attention to detail - Another incredibly important aspect of the job is Legal compliance and company policy. Everyone person we supply must be thoroughly vetted to ensure they have the legal right to work in the UK, and that the person is referenced to ensure they have the ability to carry out the roles competently. Training: At 3D Personnel we provide a complete 360 degree training programme in house, this is delivered by highly experienced and respected colleagues within our company. The training will explain in detail who we are, what we do, how we work and show you how to effectively carry out your duties at 3D to the best of your ability. This is subject to different factors including but not limited to; performance, ability and general business strategic planning. Working hours and starting salary: Monday to Friday 07:30am – 5.30pm, 1 hour lunch. £16,500 + negotiable, dependant on experience.
