Role Definition and Job Purpose - Work closely with recruitment consultants to provide support and assistance with the recruitment process and sourcing strategy - Proactively communicate with managers and colleagues to ensure full understanding of vacancy briefs, objectives and workload - Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for current vacancies using internal database and external job boards - Maintain relationships with candidates on an ongoing basis to ensure a solid candidate base - Gather market intelligence and referrals and apply this knowledge to improve quality and outcome of calls, in addition to providing leads to Consultants - Provide assistance with vacancy administration to ensure a fluid and efficient recruitment process Responsibilities You must enjoy working in a high-pressure environment and the responsibility that comes with it. The role is demanding and diverse. The successful applicant will: - Pro-actively source potential candidates from a number of data and talent pools - Identify skills shortages and source relevant candidates to ensure market needs are met - Ensure all information and activity is recorded accurately and securely on company database - Create and publish adverts across a number of online platforms; monitor and process subsequent applications - Deal with enquiries relating to vacancies - Develop and manage candidate relationships, keeping track of availability for work - Identify potential leads and opportunities for business development and communicate these to Recruitment Consultants - Shortlist and pre-package candidates for presentation to Clients on behalf of Consultants, arranging interviews where required - Assist with managing the interview process, including obtaining feedback from Clients where required - Negotiate salary and benefit issues with candidates Personal Attributes You will need to show evidence of the following: -Extremely proficient time management and organisation skills -The ability to work at pace and volume without compromising quality -Have a confident and professional telephone manner -High standard of written English -Determination to succeed -Have excellent communication skills, with a natural for flair for persuasion and negotiation -Be motivated by challenges and targets whilst also working to specific timescales -Able to stay calm and be professional under pressure -Natural problem solver -Competent user of IT with accurate keyboard skills; experience with database software an advantage Salary & Benefits -Competitive basic salary & commission structure -Regular incentives -Regular work social events -Ongoing training program Working hours -Full Time, Monday to Friday (this role is not suitable for job share) Qualifications -GCSE or higher including English Language and Maths -Minimum of 6 months in a sales or recruitment role is highly advantageous To apply via our Sphere Solutions Website
