Eyears are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to come join us in Birmingham and become part of the East Midlands team. Initially this position is for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer. You will have consultative approach and be the main point of contact for candidates. This would be best suited to someone who is looking to progress into a 360 consultant. We will offer you excellent support which will enable you to develop within your career in recruitment. Your role will involve: Recruiting quality candidates for temporary and permanent work across these locations: • Nottingham • Derby • Leicester • Milton Keynes • Northampton Utilise available resources – CV Searches and Advertising: • Reed • CV Library • Indeed • Job Centre Plus • Local college’s / Universities • Eyears website Pre-screening candidates over the telephone and face to face: • Managing applications • Conducting interviews • Clearing candidates for work Undertaking candidate compliance checks before clearing: • Right to Work • Photo ID • Qualifications • Proof of Address • Processing DBS checks What you must have: • Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or within a similar role • Strong attention to detail with great communication skills • Strong ability in understanding requirements for the purpose of sourcing quality candidates • Ability to be highly proactive
