Job Description

Project-emc is seeking a highly organised Recruitment Resourcer to provide and an effective and efficient recruitment service for the business. The successful person will report directly into the Recruitment Account Manager. This role requires experience of targeting and identifying exceptional talent by understanding the requirements of the business. You will need to demonstrate proactive skills to work closely with the business to understand their requirements, both now and in the future. There will be an element of administration in the role so good prioritisation skills are required to ensure systems are updated, supporting records are maintained and candidates are treated in the correct manner including feedback and interview management. Key Requirements: Essential •Strong experience of resourcing, ideally within Engineering •Ability to resource through our internal database, jobsites and proactively use LinkedIn as a sourcing tool •Knowledge of building Boolean strings •Ability to source both passive and active candidates using databases and social media •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Able to communicate confidently with employees at all levels, including board members •Accurate, paying attention to detail •Relevant experience in a similar role within a recruitment environment •professional and clearly spoken (on the phone and face to face) Duties and Responsibilities: •Working directly with the business to understand both current and future recruitment requirements •Grow their knowledge of the sectors we recruit in •Build your network of candidates, manage your social media (Linked in) •Resource Candidates for specific roles •Manage Advert responses •Liaise with client/supplier where required •Provides recruitment statistics on a monthly and ad-hoc basis •Ensure database and records are kept up to date •Arrange interviews and paperwork for candidates. •Provide feedback to all candidates •Negotiate /Manage candidate offers General Information: •The role holder will be expected to perform any other duties that may reasonably be asked of them
