If so we would love to hear from you. A Resourcer is responsible for assisting the recruitment team in filling vacancies across key clients. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Working to deliver effective recruitment solutions alongside existing recruitment team. * End to end management of candidate applications and relationships. * Telephone and interview screening of candidates. * Keeping candidate database accurately up to date with new information. * Maintaining regular contact with active candidates. * Placement of candidates in defined vacancies in line with client specification. * Accuracy of data input on computing systems. * Ensuring all process requirements and compliance needs are effectively managed and satisfied for audit purposes. * Ability to work on own initiative and have a logical and methodical approach to work. * Being proactive with excellent organisational and time management skills. REPORTING TO: Client Services Director KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Proven experience of working in a recruitment / customer service environment. * Experience of using applicant and candidate management systems to manage vacancies and campaigns. * Knowledge of recruitment sourcing techniques inc. intranet portals, job boards, social media and other sourcing techniques. * Experience within the recruitment sector, ideally RPO environment. Call centre experience would be advantageous. * Knowledge of customer service principles and practices in the recruitment sector. * Demonstrable experience of interviewing. * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication. PERSON SPECIFICATION: * A highly confident self motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills; influencing and listening. * Able to communicate effectively at all levels. * Goal orientated approach to work. * Must be able to work on own initiative and also as part of a team. * Ability to work well under pressure and is extremely resilient. * Ability to meet deadlines and targets. * Ambition and determination to succeed. * Flexible, able to work additional hours if required. * Highest standards of integrity and honesty. QUALIFICATIONS: A good standard of education to at least GCSE level or equivalent. Recruitment specific qualifications advantageous. HOURS: Flexible approach to working shift pattern – core hours Mon – Fri 8:30 - 6pm. LOCATION: The role is full time and is based at Manchester SALARY: Competitive salary and benefits package inc. discretionary non contractual bonus scheme will be offered depending on experience.
