Recruitment Resourcer Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire (SG5) Salary: £18,000 per annum + 28 days per year holiday Hours: Full Time, 08:30am to 18:00pm Monday to Friday Closing Date: Friday 23rd March Greenacre Recruitment is a well-established, highly successful recruitment consultancy. To achieve these plans, we are currently recruiting for a Resourcer to provide support to the Greenacre sales team in all areas relating to developing, managing and maintaining contact with a candidate network. The Resourcer role will entail you: * Working closely with the Operational Team to ensure a supply of suitable Candidates. * Undertaking proactive candidate sourcing activities. * Updating and maintaining a candidate database through regular liaison. * Taking up candidate references ensuring that this is executed in an orderly and timely fashion. * Supporting consultants in presenting and discussing job opportunities with respective candidates. * Proactively recommending candidates for existing vacancies and new business leads. * Actively participating in undertaking first round candidate interviews – in person and by telephone. * Formatting candidate CV’s into the Greenacre format. * Providing administrative support in relation to existing and prospective candidate applications. * Preparing and advertising new job vacancies on all relevant social media. * Updating and contributing to Greenacre’s internet based social media platforms. * Where appropriate actively participating with team jobs meetings. You will need to have: * Excellent customer service and quality standards. * The willingness to go above and beyond for our customers. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strength of character and a sense of humour. * Self-awareness and willingness to learn.
