RECRUITMENT RESOURCER ** * MULTIPLE ROLES BASED IN GUILDFORD AREA ** EXCITING ROLES WITH CAREER PROGRESSION * £20K - £23K DEP ON EXP + BONUS IN ADDITION TO SALARY PURPOSE To support the sales team, by sourcing, developing and retaining a strong candidate base to fulfil the needs of clients. To assist in developing and building on these relationships, and ensure all administration and compliance are met. KEY RESULT AREAS · To source, develop and retain a candidate pipeline · To successfully match candidates to client job specifications · To be focussed on customer satisfaction and quality at all times · To ensure all administration processes are followed to meet company standards, including Marketing, Candidate Care and Compliance CANDIDATES DEVELOPMENT/GENERATION AND RETENTION · Sourcing and attracting candidates · Building a candidate base using in-house system, social media, networking, CV searching, job boards, Referrals · Initial contact/Briefing of candidates · Offer advice to ensure the candidate has every opportunity to demonstrate their strengths · Credit and compliance check as per the SLAs agreed · Manage feedback programme · Sourcing and attracting candidates · Fully brief candidates on the roles they are being put forward for · Send out evaluations and act on feedback to enhance service OTHER · Place adverts and ensure they are compliant · Manage Enquiries daily and engage/disengage effectively · Write effective adverts and Manage responses · Distribute CVs · Handle large volume of phone work · Ensure any specific client requirements are met as per the SLA · To look at ways of improving the business processes to enhance the way we conduct our business with both parties ADMINISTRATION · Maintaining files and keep everything up to date · Upload candidate information into internal database and keep updated · Adhering to standards and legislation · Producing quality and concise written communication · To participate fully in company functions and directives · To be a team player · To manage workload and priorities to ensure optimum results PERSON SPECIFICATION · Strong level of customer care / Evidence of relationship building · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Enthusiastic, passion and drive · Ability to multi-task · Able to prioritise own time and work to deadlines · Excellent organisation skills These roles are of immediatee start, please contact the Tate, Guildford office for further details.
