The recruitment industry is worth over £36 Billion in the UK and is one of the fastest growing sectors. The industry offers fantastic earning opportunities as well as long term secure employment. We have traded for 11 years specifically within the built environment and due to continued success recruiting in our industry sector, we are looking for someone to join our team based at The Adelphi Mill in Bollington working initially as a Recruitment Resourcer. We are offering comprehensive training, both here at the office and with an off-site recruitment training provider. We will support the right person with on-going training with the provider, for the initial period of employment and access to this support will be on hand during your career with us. Our small team here at the mill is well established, we work with some of the best companies in our sector and importantly have numerous Preferred Supply Chain agreements in place. We recruit for businesses UK wide and it is our intention to recruit someone to look after a specific geographical area. The role will be primarily telephone based. You would be contacting would-be job seekers to discuss available vacancies. The role requires a high volume of calls to be made each day, as well as follow up emails etc. You will be responsible for writing job adverts, updating job boards and writing blogs for the company website. We will give you the opportunity to demonstrate new ideas on candidate attraction and want people to come and be confident to show initiative on how to create a strong flow of available candidates. As mentioned full recruitment training will be given, previous sales/telesales or telephony experience would be beneficial. The role could suit a graduate looking to getting into their first full time position, we really are happy to start someone from ground zero if they have the appetite to work hard and prove themselves! The role would suit someone who is outgoing, confident and motivated by success - a high level of commission is available and there is no cap in place. Medium term there is the prospect to become a standalone recruiter and employ your own resourcer(s) to work with you and expand your desk. We can truly offer a limitless opportunity to expand. You will need pretty good IT skills - Office, Outlook and Internet Explorer etc - and must have a very confident 'phone manner'. The role will initially be paying around £15-17,000 basic, there is a commission structure in place that means you can earn commission in your first month. The role is working 8.30am – 4.30 pm and we finish at 3pm on a Friday.
