Recruitment Resourcer

Involve Recruitment are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to start immediately in our busy office located in Upper Boat Industrial Estate, Pontypridd. You will be a vital part of our growing team here at Involve situated in our Rail & Construction Division reporting to your divisional Manager. As a Resourcer you will need to be energetic and self-driven as the job is extremely fast paced and involves a lot of phone work, your main role will be updating your team with availability on a number of different trades for both Rail and Construction throughout various locations in South Wales. Typical working hours are 8am – 5:30pm but on occasions you may be required to work overtime dependant on how busy the day is. What we are looking for in a Resourcer; * Self-motivated, confident with good conversational skills * Willing to work long hours if needed * Someone who is willing to learn and listen to feedback given. * Not afraid to dial outbound calls.
