Recruitment Resourcer

Recruitment Resourcer. Pertemps Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer for our office based in Basildon to support a team of experienced consultants. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, completing the recruitment process from first contact to job acceptance. You will support the team in developing new and existing business relationships. This a role you can really make your own, developing fantastic relationships with both candidates and clients. As a recruitment resourcer you will: : • Source relevant candidates and complete the registration process, • Carry out all essential safeguarding checks on candidates including DBS and references ,• Liaise with and identify opportunities to maximise placements, • Develop candidate relationships, • Upload job vacancies and advertise roles through 3rd parties’ websites and our own website. Our working hours are 07:30-17:30 Monday to Friday. This role would suit people with telesales experience as there will be lots of telephone and face to face interviews. Please apply for more details
