Kare Plus Hastings are looking for an enthusiastic Resourcer who will be responsible to source Qualified and Unqualified Healthcare Professionals that will provide a quality standard of care to our nursing and residential home clients. The Successful candidate will need to share Kare Plus’ mission statement of ‘ delivering outstanding Nursing, Care and Support into the local community ‘ and will have the chance to contribute to the delivery of exceptional care by recruiting candidates who have the relative experience, qualifications and training for the setting they will be placed. The Resourcer is responsible for the consistent delivery of exceptional care staff candidates. They will work with and report directly to the Branch Manager within our Hastings business to achieve the following: * Consistent candidate Generation through: CV Searching, Headhunting, Social Media, Referral Schemes, Job Board advertising and application management * Maintain a constant pipeline of new, client specific quality candidates * Achieve agreed KPIs for sourcing new candidates * Assist with company campaigns and exhibitions when required * Respond to all applications to adverts in a timely manner * Pre screening of candidates to determine suitability to work * Face to face interviewing, either on or off site, during arranged interview days * Compiling documentation to ensure all new workers are fully compliant with company standards and procedures About Kare Plus Hastings: Our aim at Kare Plus Hastings is to deliver the highest possible standard of care and first class customer service. A minimum of 1 years’ experience within the recruitment sector is desirable but not essential, preferably within health and Social Care A proactive, self-motivating attitude is essential, with the ambition to not only achieve but exceed targets.
