Job Description

Eason Group UK & IRE are looking for experienced Recruitment Resourcer to work in our Construction and Mechanical & Electrical divisions. We are currently recruiting for up to 4 Recruitment Resourcers to start immediately on a permanent contract on a full-time basis. Working as an integral part of the recruitment team, your primary duty will be to work alongside recruitment consultants to source suitable candidates for job roles and guide them through the recruitment process. We are looking for hard working and motivated individuals with a desire for a career in recruitment. Previous recruitment resourcer experience or sales experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided. Job description * Contacting new and existing candidates to offer suitable contracts * Telephoning and developing relationships with candidates * Calling client contacts during the recruitment process for references * Checking all candidate qualifications and right to work * Using job boards to advertise all vacancies * Using job boards to identify suitable candidates * Database management * Producing sales leads from reference checking * General administration duties Skills & Attributes * Excellent telephone manner; confident and comfortable on the phone * Good rapport and relationship building skills * Dependable and hardworking * Ability to work under pressure and to deal with high volumes of work * Team player * Construction Recruitment experience desirable To Apply Please contact Emily Hayes on (phone number removed).
