INTERNAL RECRUITMENT RESOURCER - TALENT AQUISITION - MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE An exciting opportunity has arisen within our internal recruitment team for a recruitment administrator. You will be joining a dynamic, energetic and hardworking team. This opportunity will ideally suit someone with recruitment experience as either a resourcer or some time as a consultant. This is a varied role with a touch of recruitment, new starters, admin and acting as an assistant to the Recruitment Manager. Knowledge of the construction sector will be beneficial. We are a large construction group covering 16+ sectors. You will need to be highly organised, good attention to detail and intuitive. Role & Responsibilities: Recruitment · Manage and log incoming candidate calls for both professional and trades & labour · Log new calls and applications on our internal system, Bullhorn · Assist with resourcing for internal roles as and when asked · Use own initiative to review applications to assist the team & send CVs to the consultant · Review and print new applications, highlight any good applications to the RM straight away · Stay on top of the recruitment inbox, going through applications and saving as appropriate · Create & upload job specifications onto the website and external job boards · Support the Group Recruitment Manager with various tasks, must be flexible to take on ad hoc tasks · Champion building the internal database, Bullhorn · Manage and maintain the filing systems for CVs, new starter paperwork, invoices etc. · Data entry · Ad hoc administration duties New Starters · Assist the Recruitment Manager preparing new starter contracts and paperwork for PAYE and Ltd Co. Contracts · Chase new starter packs to send to payroll · Update the new starter tracker · Ensure new starters are in the diary/calendar so we are prepared on Monday mornings · Deal with incoming queries from new and existing employees Assistance · Assist the RM with the smooth running of the Graduate scheme · Liaise with partnership universities; ensure we are posting adverts on their internal job boards, book us into the careers fairs, highlight any key events we should attend, order promotional items – always bring fresh ideas to the table · Attend university careers fairs & plan ahead to ensure banners and items are couriered to the event.
