We are dedicated to providing the best industry focussed recruitment services to the Engineering, Construction, Technical and Environmental Sectors nationally and internationally. Due to continued growth we currently have an opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Engineering Team. The main focus will be to Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for specific client contracts Responsibilities: * Sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and the company database. * Reviewing CVs an assessing candidate's suitability for positions * Building effective relationships with candidates * Receiving and reviewing applications * Actively networking with candidates to conduct market research The ideal candidate will be energetic and motivated with the ability to work effectively under pressure, on their own initiative as well as within a team. Have a confident telephone manner and be able to adapt their communication style depending on the situation, coupled with excellent PC skills. Experience within recruitment desirable however alternative sector experience as well as customer service experience would be considered as full training can be provided. Salary is dependent on experience
