Resourcer – London Fit Out Team Kings Cross / Islington £Negotiable salary DOE, plus bonuses, mobile phone, Perkbox, season ticket loan & pension Do you have the drive to develop a rewarding career in recruitment? Do you have the necessary skills to identify and source the scarce skills that will help shape Construction & Infrastructure in the UK? Due to the continued success and expansion of redfish, we are now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is looking to develop their recruitment career in our London office. As specialists in construction, property, and engineering we partner with the sectors largest organisations. With a willingness to learn, you will be required to undertake an internal training program and learn the ropes of the recruitment industry before ultimately progressing into a consultant role, while being supported and mentored throughout the process. We are ideally looking for someone who is either currently resourcing for a similar firm or working in a candidate delivery role on construction accounts. Main responsibilities: ·Assist Senior Consultants source the right candidate for each position ·Perform searches through our database, job boards, referrals, headhunting methods, social media and any other innovative ways ·Find the right applicant for each position, and that means screening lots of potential candidates before recruiting them ·Liaise with a whole range of people at all levels and gather as much information as possible to make the perfect match ·Write suitability briefs and job advertisements on different mediums (job boards, social media etc) ·Conduct reference checks and register new applicants ·Continuously develop your market knowledge ·Deal with general queries relating to contracts Key Requirements: ·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including spelling, grammar and phone manner ·MS Office experience ·Self-motivated and proactive attitude ·Experience and confidence in dealing with customers and management at all organisational levels. ·Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail ·Previous knowledge and experience will be highly regarded ·Resilience, determination and professionalism We can offer the successful applicant the opportunity to learn from a Director level mentor, progress through a structured training plan and develop into a full 360 consultant. Starting salary is negotiable depending on experience with a £250 bonus per candidate placement while training. You will receive a Company mobile phone on joining and will be eligible for pension, Perkbox account and a season ticket loan after successful completion of your probation.
