Recruitment Resourcer We are seeking to hire a Recruitment Resourcer to work with our well-established labour supply organisation. We specialise in supplying skilled and unskilled trades and labour to various sectors, including Civil Engineering, Rail, Air and the Construction industry throughout the UK. With our Head Office based in North West London, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our Recruitment and Inductions team. We're looking for someone who can stay calm in stressful and time sensitive situations, as well as exhibit the instinct to use our own initiative and demonstrate attention to detail. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: The role will be to combine general administrative duties with project work aimed at continuously improving the teams' service delivery to its principle contractors. The successful candidate will join an experienced recruitment team within the Construction sector and will be required to: *Source suitable candidates for specific trades *Gaining candidates interest and establishing interview availability. *Working with the Marketing team to post job adverts and monitor responses. *Keeping inbox well managed and organised. *Registering candidates onto the system. *Keeping the recruitment database up to date. *Identifying suitable personnel from our recruitment database. The ideal Candidate should also be able to demonstrate the following: *Good relationship building skills. *Excellent telephone manner. *Must be computer & IT literate. *Proactive & reactive to business needs. *Enthusiastic & effective in communication. *Ability take lead on specific job related assignments. Essential: *Applicants applying for this post must have working knowledge of the sentinel rules and regulations for the Rail industry, and have knowledge of the general competency based skills required for the Civils and Construction sectors.
