Job Description

Role Responsibilities As a Resourcer you will be responsible for: * Utilising existing candidate pool and sourcing and selecting new candidates, through advertising and search processes; * Building candidate relationships; * Identifying the correct candidates for roles and taking them through the vetting processes and procedures. Conducting pre-employment checks including referencing, right to work in the UK and DBS checks; * Maintain the applicant / agency worker database; * Processing of the agency timesheets, liaising with the Business Development Manager and company Accountant; ensuring all candidates are paid on time. * Supporting the Business Development Manager with all recruitment administration; * Responsible for administering all industry required documents, checks and assessments for work being carried out on site; * Organising Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the agency workers; * Responding to day to day queries from the agency workers; * Other ad hoc duties. * To be considered for this role, you must have: * Previous experience working within a recruitment agency; * Excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills; * Happy to work to tight deadlines and deal with changing priorities; * You will be confident and articulate and able to connect with people at all levels; * Ability to deal with people sensitively and confidentially. * Desirable: * Previous experience of payroll administration
