Job Description

We are looking for a recruitment resourcer to join a growing team of experienced recruiters in the construction trades and labour industry. You will be working directly with our Business Manager to receive full training and support enabling you to thrive within this industry. Previous experience within the recruitment industry is not required, we are looking for determined individuals with excellent communication skills. You day will consist of finding candidates for roles provided by our recruitment team and ensuring all candidates attend each position filled. This is temporary role with a view to become permanent for the right candidate if your training is successful (usually 3 months) your permanent annual salary would be 18k per annum. The office hours at 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and you will be paid £9 per hour during your training period.
