We are currently recruiting for experienced Resourcers with a desire for fast moving recruitment and a proven track record in the regulated sectors of the civil engineering market we cover. These include waste, ports, water, telecoms, energy, roads, and airports. This exciting role is working for one of the UK's largest specialist recruitment businesses in the Infrastructure market. This is a fast paced role working on volume recruitment for all aspects of blue-collar civil engineering roles. You will be tasked with increasing the candidate base. SUMMARY OF DUTIES The primary goal of a resource is to identify, attract and shortlist relevant candidates to fulfil the requirements of the business brief provided to them, covering all streams of business we deliver. Key duties will include: *Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements, using various mediums *Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures *Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate's applications are processed efficiently *Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies; *Administration (advertising, maintaining a good standard of data entry of relevant candidate information on the company database, etc.) *Networking with candidates for information and other contacts for further new business generation *Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets THE COMPANY McGinley Support Services is one of the UK's largest specialist privately owned recruitment businesses providing the Infrastructure sector of the construction industry with permanent, contract and temporary staff at all levels.
