Recruitment Resourcer Sheffield Temporary (with opportunity to become permanent) This is a very exciting time for the Call & Contact Centre Division in Sheffield, who are continuing to grown within the industry! Due to this continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Resourcer or a driven sales person to start immediately within the team. Joining an existing team of 6, the Resourcer will play a major part in the continued success! The Resourcer will provide additional support in filling job vacancies for some of our biggest clients. As the successful Resourcer, you will be responsible for: - Sourcing candidates through applications - CV searching - Telephone screening - Interviewing candidates - Selling the job to candidates - Working to targets - Working as a team The Resourcer will have a tenacious, positive, focused & resilient attitude! This is a temporary role which has the opportunity to become permanent for the right person. The Resourcer will either have experience of working in recruitment or resourcing, or come from a sales background. This is a really exciting opportunity to get into recruitment and join a team who has continued to grow year on year!
