We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team due to an internal promotion. The role is field based 4 days per week interviewing throughout Telford, Dudley, Kidderminster, Walsall and Stourbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to take ownership of a diverse role, in support of consultants, within a fast paced and positive recruitment agency. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be; * Accountable for delivering the recruitment strategy ensuring recruitment focuses meets the needs of the strategy. * Responsible for carrying out the recruitment plans and networking 247’s needs to deliver the overall strategy * Accountable for placing job adverts on the necessary Job Boards, Social Media and other recruitment avenues. * Responsible for applicants being contacted, pre-screened and booked in for interview in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will; * Have previous experience delivering care. * Possess excellent communication skills. * Be able to think on your feet and be proactive. * Be comfortable working towards targets and thrive under pressure. * Have an extensive knowledge of healthcare compliance.
