Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator Our client is an award winning, recruitment solutions provider located close to the centre of Portsmouth. They are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and with this in mind are now looking to recruit an organised and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to work within Customer Experience team. What will I be responsible for? Joining the team as a Recruitment Resourcer, your role will be to support the team in both an administrative and customer service capacity. On day to day basis, your responsibilities will include: - Working closely with clients to ensure successful resolutions of campaigns - Proactive sourcing of CV's through database searching - Creating and optimising job adverts - Utilising a multiposter to post adverts on to a number of job boards - Liaising with candidates and providing the highest standard of customer service - Answering the telephone - Use of CRM system - CV screening and filtering Who are we looking for? You will need to demonstrate proven transferable skills in a recruitment role. You will need to be highly organised, proactive and have the ability to work on your own initiative. They are looking for a candidate who can display both excellent written and oral communication skills. You will also need to display the following qualities: - IT Literate with knowledge of Microsoft programs - Friendly and Personable - Good standard of written English - Efficient and proactive Role Information The Company offers a fun and friendly work environment.
