Aligra have a rewarding opportunity available for a Resourcer to support the recruitment of temporary and permanent candidates across the Driving and Industrial division. The role is as a result of our continued growth and development so this really is an exciting time to join us! You will initially join us on a temporary assignment, but there is an opportunity to go permanent for the right person. The successful applicant would be responsible for ensuring we meet our clients elevated levels of recruitment requirements. Working closely with the Account Managers and other resourcers, you will ultimately be responsible for building and taking ownership of a candidate database. How the role develops is up to you, based on your ambition and the success you have. We will invest in you through training and development as you progress. Many of our Consultants/Account Managers and even Directors began as Resourcers so this really could be a great opportunity for you. Duties and Responsibilities: • Recruiting candidates from online job boards, social media and other online platforms • Building and maintaining a large candidate pool • Monitor responses/applications received, making sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships • Various administration such as e-mails and updating spreadsheets. Experience / Requirements: • Previous experience within a similar role would be an advantage but not essential • You will be a team player • Extremely organised and able to work in a busy and fast paced environment • A strong customer service ethos • Be comfortable being on the phone for the majority of your day. Ultimately this will be a very busy and fast paced role, so you must be resilient and able to alternate between tasks. You will have a very strong and fun team working alongside you, who will support you within your role. We have an immediate requirement as we are approaching peak, so this will be the perfect time to get stuck in and be part of our success! Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
