Job Description

Working in this busy office environment you will be expected to provide a responsive service to the requests from the recruitment teams. Your role will encompass a variety of duties from data entry to telephone contact with candidates. Working in this team would be a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn more about recruitment and perhaps develop their own skills in this area. You should be able to use MS Office and must also demonstrate good attention to detail. GCSE grade ‘A-C’ in Maths and English are required as well as good verbal and written communication skills. Main Duties * Assist the Recruitment Consultants * Respond to requests from the Recruitment Team * Format, anonymize and upload CV’s from various job boards on to the CRM system * Cleanse data, create contacts and maintain the accuracy of information on the CRM system * Ensure that compliance documents are in place for all contractors * General administration duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing * Speak to existing contractors and chase timesheets * Answer the telephone and accurately take messages when necessary * Make outbound calls to potential candidates * Manage correspondence between sales team and candidates * Provide data and reports to the sales team including tracking KPI’s * Manage the generic administration inbox * Work with MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet searching Skills Required * Excellent attention to detail and communication skills * Strong administrative/organisational skills * Good written and verbal English * Confident in handling phone calls from candidates and potential customers * Good organisational skills * Good Microsoft Office, Outlook and internet search skills * Pro-active and willing ‘can do attitude’ * Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines This is not intended to be an exhaustive list and the Company reserves the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the Company’s business
